About

You matter. Your story matters. Your healing matters.

I believe we all have the capacity to grow and heal. Sometimes that takes courage: the courage to be honest about what hurts, and to dare to invite someone else into the journey.

I don’t see myself as the person with all the answers. My role is to walk alongside you, listen closely to your story, and help you find your own way forward. I am on your team, and it is a privilege to hold space with you for whatever season brings you here.

Together, we can work with curiosity and courage to uncover a more wholehearted you.

“All of us have the capacity to grow and heal, whatever our story and struggles.”

Approach

How We Might Work Together

No two people arrive with the same story, so no single method fits everyone. Depending on your needs and goals, our work may draw on these approaches, along with attachment-focused, somatic and parts work.

01

Talk Therapy

A space to be heard, understood and supported while exploring the emotions, experiences and patterns shaping your life and relationships.

02

EMDR

Some painful experiences stay stuck, still showing up in our bodies, reactions and relationships long after they happened. EMDR is a structured approach that can help the brain process those memories so they feel less overwhelming.

03

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

For appropriate clients, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a guided, carefully supported part of therapy. It isn’t right for everyone, so we begin with a conversation about whether it may be a good fit.

Have questions about which approach might be right for you? Let’s talk.
